The Snowy Day – Ezra Jack Keats
As a teacher and an educator I am very excited to share this post with you.
The Snowy Day written by, Ezra Jack Keats is the first book featuring an African American child to win the Caldecott Medal for excellence (one of the highest awards in literature during the period when this book was released) in children’s picture books. He is well known for his multicultural children’s pictures books.
