Whoa! Whoa! Just whoa! I am loving sharing Black History this year. I read an article on line today and I now know that- Jones Bar-B-Q Diner in Marianna, Arkansas is believed to be(I shall continue my research for one older, but as of right now this is the oldest) the oldest Black-owned restaurant in the country! How cool is that? It has been in business for over 100 years.
I absolutely love bbq and a good bbq pork sandwich- – so if/when I make my way back to the states and travel allows this place is on my list of places to check out.
